The new warranty tracking programming has been completed and installed for our current Web clients. This new enhancement will allow tracing of items through the inventory module. The programming will allow tracking of items that may be repaired or replaced though a warranty agreement. Tracking of the item will include issue dates, date returned, repair/replacement costs and any changes to the serial number. This feature will also allow the tracking of tool room items that are checked out and returned to the tool crib. The system will accumulate the number of days the tool has been used and the work orders that required the tool.
