The new Web version developed by Chase Software was implemented with a client that will be our Beta site. This new Web version will simplify the implementation process for any client. The installation was completed with minimal involvement of their IT department. Chase Software provided training at the client’s training center. The participation by the personnel at the site was excellent and they are excited to start using the new program. Initial use will be inventory control and the purchasing process. This process uses an electronic approval process for requisitions. Once a requisition is approved, a purchase order is automatically generated. The purchase order is electronically sent to the client’s primary vendor for processing. The electronic transfer saves both the client and the vendor time in processing the orders.
