Chase Software Systems is pleased to announce the release of the new 8.300.05 version of their CMMS software package.
This version has many enhancements over the 255.10 version. These include Multiple Approval Level intelligence for both Requisition and Purchase Orders prior to the final submission to a vendor. Purchase Orders can now be sent via e-maiI to selected vendors eliminating the need to print and fax these documents. Users will find that the search and filtering criteria are easier to use. Each user will also be able to customize the appearance of the forms for their use and the new arrangements will become their default. The ability of this version to handle multiple sites will be of interest to many companies. Each site will have their own data but can access the data from the other sites as required over a Wide Area Network utilizing a centralized database.
The easy to use functionality of the previous versions of Chase is retained. The standard reporting for the modules as well as the ability to create custom reports remains as an important part of Chase. Bar coding is another feature that many clients rely on to allow the storeroom to be more efficient. The use of scanners for issuing parts, cycle counts and inventory movement will also increase the efficiency of the storeroom personnel.
